What This Is
 

Governance & Guardrails PAC exists because the record has been laid bare — and too often, ignored.

For more than a year, documented evidence, public records, and formal disclosures have shown how failures in training, oversight, legal accountability, and electoral governance persist without meaningful correction. Internal processes failed. Oversight mechanisms failed. Silence and fear filled the gaps where responsibility should have been.

This PAC is not a protest and not a partisan vehicle.

It is an enforcement mechanism.

When institutions refuse to correct themselves, elections become the last lawful guardrail available to the public.

What We Do

Governance & Guardrails PAC supports or opposes candidates for non-federal office in Virginia based on one simple question:

Will you uphold transparency, accountability, and ethical governance — or will you continue to benefit from their absence?

Candidates are evaluated on demonstrated conduct, not rhetoric.

On actions taken, not statements issued.

On whether they strengthen guardrails — or quietly erode them.

What This Is Not

This PAC does not threaten officials.

It does not demand loyalty.

It does not trade favors.

It makes something explicit that has too often been treated as optional:

Public power carries consequences.

This is an opportunity to course-correct while trust is still recoverable.

Your record — and your willingness to act — will matter.

To the citizens of Richmond:

You are not powerless. This is one way accountability is restored when all others fail.

Sometimes the Truth Hammer swings.
